Philips DSR6000 remote (1 Viewer)

I seem to remember reading something about there being a bad batch of remotes with this unit. I just got it, and when using the up, down, left, right button it is very touchy. Pressing down will often take me left and left will often go up. Was this the problem with the remote? If so, how do I get a new one?

Stephen, This was posted in the AVS Forum.

It seems that almost EVERY remote is the *recalled* one though; I haven't even hooked up my system yet, but I looked at the remote and saw it was the bad one (chan/page is ON the button), then tested it on my SA to make sure.
Called TiVo, gave the serial number of the unit, and got a part number and auth number. Called Philips, and altho I haven't setup anything (the remote is on backorder), they went ahead and put it through for me anyway. VERY nice. About 10 minutes time.
