Got my Godfather set today. Put in the first disc. Looks really gorgeous all right. Though it looks weirdly too contemporary. So I know where RAH is coming from, even though I'm your average viewer and no expert.

Major problem though: The Godfather (disc 1) keeps freezing in chapter 8 (I haven't watched further). Sometimes it freezes during the kitchen scene and sometimes shortly later when Michael is having dinner with Kay. But wherever, it totally freezes. I tried it on two different Blu-ray players so I know it's the disc. How does one go about getting a replacement disc?

P.S. ARRGH. It keeps freezing in chapter 9 too...then jumps to the next spot it can read.

How does one go about getting a replacement disc?

Return the set as defective to whichever retailer you purchased it from, and exchange it for a new copy.
