Is there a specific version of "Phantom of the Opera" that anyone would recommend??

I would prefer the modern version from the early 90's.

    Thanks [IMG]

Are you talking about the Broadway play or the theatrical film that has been produced many times over the years?

The 1990 made-for-TV miniseries version is quite good. I've seen the Broadway version & I like both for different reasons. The spectacle & music was better in the Broadway version, but this TV version has richer & better storytelling.

Whatever you get, avoid the Dario Argento travesti.
