Any news on the specs for this upcoming release in
MARCH ?
What is on the disc, besides the film.
The cover is up at BARNESANDNOBLE.COM,
however, there are no specs.
The cinematography is gorgeous in this film,
on the LASER version.

Several years ago, I attended a screening of Peyton Place at the Los Angeles County Museum Of Art and both Terry Moore (Betty Harrington) and Russ Tamblyn (Norman Page) introduced the film and presented many interesting anecdotes about the making of the film. They are still with us and hopefully are involved in the audio commentary.

Also Hope Lange (Selena Cross), an Oscar nominee for Peyton Place passed away last month. It would be nice if she had made a contribution to the DVD (which I assume has been completed months ago) before her untimely passing.

Yes, this title is part of the Fox Studio Classic Line.

Any words about the upcoming titles? Nothing announced from May to December?

Well, I would hope that they release "RETURN TO
PEYTON PLACE" as a FOX STUDIO CLASSICS, as well.
Anyway, why is the cover not up on, the this website ?
As well as the SPECS on it yet. This was one of the
biggest films of the 50s. I think it was one of
FOX'S BIGGEST FILMS. A classic to be sure, with
a slew of ACADEMY AWARD NOMINATIONS !!!!!!!!
I just hope it has a PUMPED UP SOUND !!!!!!!
Someone must know exact specs, it is out in less
than five weeks.
