Watching Peter Jennings last night as he was standing, reading the news. His left hand was in his pocket and his left arm seemed to be...sort of out of control, like Parkinsons.
I may be in error here, it may simply have been the movements of someone forcefully speaking.
This is not a tactful subject but, has anyone else noticed?
