It's been a while since I've seen the thing, and can't even remember the name of the guy, but there's a new commercial, where a father is watching his daughter get into reading.

For some reason, he reminds me of the main star in Pet Cemetary. Anyone know for sure?

Assuming you mean the father from "Pet Sematary," the actor's name is Dale Midkiff.

Im sure ive seen that guy in some Hill Street Blues or some cop drama as the chief or something??
