Perlisten Audio has added the ‘R’ Series loudspeakers to its product line-up, complementing the existing flagship Signature ‘S’ Series. The company says that the new speakers offer up a similar design ethos at more accessible prices.
Perlisten states that it designs all transducers, electronics and software entirely in-house with nothing sourced ‘off-the-shelf’ or contract manufactured outside the company’s facilities. Proprietary technologies include the Directivity Pattern Control (DPC) array, which comprises a waveguided dome tweeter flanked by twin mid-range diaphragms in a single unit. This allows for more accurate and natural dispersion from the 1kHz-30kHz frequency range.
