Assuming it's still under warranty, it might be time to contact P.E.

I have every reciept/packing slip for every HT piece of equipment I own.... except the DLS sub.[IMG] She's almost 2yrs old and I don't have a clue how long the warranty was for. [IMG] If its not under warranty would it be worth trying to get a $99 sub fixed??

In that case, I would say - No. Unless, you can get a seriously cheap plate amp.

If you have electrical skills (or know someone who does) you could open her up and see if the problem can be fixed (ie. test for a bad component or see if there's anything physically hosed that's causing the fuse to blow). My first guess would be a leaky cap.
