I got the Parts Express amp in today. (looking at it now) I was reading info about modifying/defeating the bass boost. In the instructions it says: "The default values for these resistors are R26=56K, R27=120K (no boost)"

Does that mean the boost is already defeated, so I don't have to worry about it? I'll be hooking it up to a SVS 20-39cs.
