Does anyone know where I can get a PCMCIA DVD decoder card for a Dell Latitude laptop besides Dell? It has a Toshiba SD-C2402 DVD ROM player.

    Al,
To my knowledge, all the PCMCIA decoder cards are manufactured by Margi Systems Inc http://www.margi.com
Other than that, if you're interested in good DVD playback with an underpowered laptop, this is the way to go. I don't have the dongle to connect it to an external TV, but I've heard good things about it.
