Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there will be -- they have the same deal online:

Any word on the new Greatest Hits games? I'm champing at the bit to pick up Kingdom Hearts and Hitman 2, but I'm not seeing the new price reflected at the stores. I thought this was supposed to happen on the 17th.

Yeah, in September, the Xbox Live Starter Kit will begin including a full version of MechAssault, and a different MSRP ($69.99). So, if you can wait, that is a pretty good savings on those 2 items together, unless there is some kind of sale going on.

I've heard of a trade 3 games for F-Zero promotion, but I'm not quite certain of all of the details on it.

In response to your 2nd question, if it is pertaining to trade in deals, the best places to look are places like this or other forums that specialize in getting you the best deal on a game, or just going to a local EB.
