Robert,

Not according to EB's website. I checked this morning.

Kenneth,

Knight of the Old Republic has me worried for some reason. I can't put my finger on it, but I just thought that NCAA looked to be a better overall game.

Mildly upset about the NCAA over KOTOR, but what the heck. Glen must be gearing up for the season or just saw ep.1 or 2, who knows how these things happen?!?

What is really upsetting is no loss leaders on KOTOR? Or are they just not posted in this week's ciculars since it releases halfway through? Please someone let me know if there is a

I'm about a million times more of a Star Wars fan than a football fan, but I'm definitely more excited about NCAA Football 2004 this week. Those games are just so consistently good, and keep improving with each new year. The 2002 version (PS2) and the 2003 version (XBox) are the only games that I felt I got my money's worth out of in their respective years (150-200 games played on each), and I don't anticipate this one being any different. They're proven commodities, but each new Star Wars game is hit-or-miss, in my opinion.

I might pick up Knights in a few weeks, if the reviews and the word-of-mouth are pretty good (which I feel they will be), but NCAA is going to be terrific right out of the gate.

Thanks for the prices, Glen. . .

Anybody know what date Target puts out their games? CC and BB are both showing Thursday as the first day NCAA is available in-store?

I've never bought day/date games before, so go easy. I was unsure if it was something like DVDs where they got them instock and waited until Tuesday, or if its just a matter of when shipments arrive.

Well, EB seems to indicate that they will have the game today. That can sometimes mean that it will ship today.

I would think that Target, CC, Best Buy and the rest will probably have it by Wednesday. That's a pretty standard bet on a release such as this one.

BTW, don't forget that Deepdiscountdvd is selling EA games as well. $45.99 for NCAA with free shipping.

Not a bad deal.

Thanks for the list, Glen.

I'll be getting KOTOR when it comes out and then NCAA 2004 when I figure out whether I want the PS2 or Xbox version.

Galerians: Ash for the PS2 and Virtua Striker 2002 for the GC have been added to the Price Drops.

Looks like another slow "dog-dangling" week.

suikoden 3 has decided to show itself again at EBgames, this time for $30.
From what I've heard and read, Suikoden III received a second pressing from Konami, which would explain why both Amazon.com and EB Games have this title in stock once again. For a while, it was selling anywhere from $40 - 60 on eBay. I'm happy with this decision because I missed it the first time.

I managed to get it in a trade with someone. Still haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Ugh. Which makes it like many, many other titles in my collection.

YMMV, but here is what I did to get NCAA 2004 for the PS2 for $40 last night.

CC is giving you a $10 gift card instantly with the purchase of the game, so I went to Best Buy to see if they would match that offer. They ended up just taking the $10 off of the cost of the game and giving me the game for $40.

I tried to use a Gamer Gift Card coupon as well, but no go. Oh, well. The game is well worth it for $40.

From what I've heard similar things might be able to be attempted with KOTOR next week.

The Target ad showed NCAA 2004 available today(Thursday). The store I work at actually had it early yesterday morning, and possibly before, but couldn't sell it until today. I know this because I asked if they would sell me a copy last night and she said I had to wait until today. It says we get Madden 2004 on Aug 14, and they are also taking preorders for it right now.

Have any of you guys seen a good deal on the Action Replay for Xbox? I am thinking about getting one so I can download rosters for NCAA 2004.
