    Hello again everyone.

Looks like I was right. [IMG] There are more titles starting to peek out each week. Not a great deal of huge releases, but definately some very interesting ones.

GLEN'S HTF GAMES OF THE WEEK

    $49.99

I've been a C&C fan since the beginning, and have almost all of the titles to this point, so seeing another Command and Conquer title does my heart good.

Might go ahead and get Luigi Manison and Pikimin. Both were great games I rented from Blockbuster a while back, now cheaper then before.

I can not wait for C&C! I too have followed this franchise since the beginning and this looks to be the best title of them all. If there are any other good games coming out this month they will surely be missed by me.

Also since .hack is scheduled to ship this week I wanted to point out that the .hack anime is airing on Cartoon Network on Saturday afternoons. Definitely worth checking out.

Gamecube for $139 + a free game? I'm going to have to get some friends on the ball about that one.

Don't forget this week if you preorder Zelda: Wind Waker, you get a free bonus disc for Ocarina of Time and Ura Zelda.

SamGoody.com has Super Smash Brothers for Gamecube in stock and on sale for 19.99; add another 19.99 title and use the "849" code for $5 off of $30 and you'll get each game for $15.49 shipped. They're still running the promo for 10% off on 2 or more titles plus free shipping; that's why the total for 2 $19.99 games is $30.98 after the 849 code.

    Also,

I saw this at Gonegold a few weeks ago.

CC is running a sale on what seems to be all PC software. You can find the best deals on the old big box PC games. I picked up Commandos 2 for $5 bucks at the store.

I've heard of Civ 3, and various other titles for low prices as well.

    Inventory depends on the store.

    Good luck,

    Glen

I see at the Anandtech forums they're reporting that the 2K3 sports lineup for the GC has dropped in price at EB.

NFL2K3, NBA3K3, and NCAA Football 2K3 are all available for $14.99 at EB.

I'm trying to find out about NCAA Basketball 2K3 as well, as that was the sports game that I was holding out for. [IMG]

Harry Potter for Gamecube has a new regular price of 19.99 at Best Buy B&M; use the gamer gift card $5 off coupon and get it for 14.99.

Crash Bandicoot for Gamecube is now 19.99 at EBGames B&M; they've also got in-store signage indicating you get $5 off this title or the GBA version, so I paid only 14.99 for the GC title this afternoon.

    Glen,

I saw NCAA 2k3 at Best Buy for $19.99 yesterday. The $5 coupon will bring the price down to EBGames price for the other 2k3 titles.

I was in Walmart last night and they had taken down everything pertaining to the X-box. Their entire X-box game case was empty. I thought this was pretty odd.

I didn't see a Wind Waker preorder area, but I'd already preorderred with Electronics Boutique. They called me while I was out, and I'll be picking up mine today at lunch.

Went by Blockbuster after seeing the '$3 off used games deal'

I picked up a 'previously rented' copy of NCAA football 2k3 for GC last night for $9.99-3=$6.99! It even had the manual in the case.

Also picked up Eternal Darkness for $14.99-3=$11.99, also with original case and instruction booklet.

I was in Target the other day and found they had a few games on their Clearance shelf again with red stickers. Here's what I can remember off the top of my head.

Turok: Evolution for the GC - $13.90
Tiger Woods 2003 for the GC - $20.90
Lost Kingdoms for the GC - $29.something

There were a few other games as well. MLB Slugfest 2003 for the Xbox, Nascar Thunder 2003 for the GC, Zapper for the GC, and one other Xbox title(not a huge title) that I can't recall.

I didn't pick any of them up, but I'm thinking about going back for Turok and TW 2003. I haven't played a fun shooter in a while, and $13 bucks is a pretty decent deal.
