i am defenitely picking up metroid prime, what a bargin for $40.
Just to add(if I am coming off as picky glen i apologize):
- At circuit city the getaway is really $30 since you get a $10 gift card, but it won't be there until thursday.
-circuit city also has what looks like the official S controller for $25.
-At best buy, it's the xbox versions of fifa and nba live 2003 that are marked down to $45.
-at compusa, you get a free third party xbox controller with purchase of panzar dragoon orta($20 face value - same deal for ps2 with kingdom hearts). also the startegy guide to metroid is $7.50(50% off)

great job on keeping up the sales,

The S-controller at CC, is the Japanese one. It's different than the US one in that it has a shorter cord.

It's at it's regular price, that's why I didn't post it.

Thanks for the corrections on the other stuff though.

I would like to let people know that if you trade in any two PS2, Xbox or Gamecube titles at Gamestop/Babbages/Software Etc.../Planet X/Funcoland, you can get The Getaway for free or you can get Ghost Recon (gamecube), Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball (xbox), and The Sims or Devil May Cry 2 (ps2) for $9.99 each.
EDIT - Deal has been officially killed by the powers that be.

I picked up Swingerz Golf today for the Gamecube for $19.99 at Funcoland. From what I've heard it's a decent Hot Shots type game, only that it uses the "Tiger Woods" style swing interface.

Also, Shenmue II is $29.99 at Target.

One last one, Zoocube for the Gamecube was $19.99 at Sam's Club.

At my local Best Buy, they seemed to have quite a few good games on special for the GameCube.

SSX Tricky - $14.99
Eternal Darkness - $19.99
Swingerz Golf - $19.99
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 - $9.99

Anyone know where I can find a copy of Final Fantasy Anthologies and Chronicles? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

And thanks for the hard work Glen, it's a great help!

I can't be positive, but I think I saw a copy of Chronicles at Sam's club today. I'm not certain though. I thought I saw it out there though. Less than $20.

Sam's Club has some silly-good deals on Gamecube and GBA games (maybe for other systems too, not sure); got these last 2 days:

Metroid Prime (GC) 29.86
Mortal Kombat (GC) 29.86
Harry Potter CS (GC) 29.86
Starfox Adventures (GC) 24.86

Metroid Fusion (GBA) 14.86
Harry Potter CS (GBA) 14.86

Also saw Mario Sunshine (GC) for 24.86

Man, I didn't see those John. I was there today and didn't catch those.

I might be running to Sam's again tomorrow just on the off chance.

Sorry Adam.

I got over there and they didn't have it. I went to so many stores yesterday, that I can't recall where I saw it.

I did end up picking up Moto GP for the Xbox for $20 at Sam's though.

I just got back from my Sam's. No such luck. In fact, they had a poor selection of games and the discounts weren't all that great. Oh well.

Adam, you might check back in a day or too; I actually saw more games out on Monday afternoon than I did on Sunday morning (?!). I think maybe people were taking the empty display boxes for discounted games up to the cashier and the boxes weren't getting put back in a timely fashion. If there's a certain game you're interested in, and the box is not on the display, you could check at the service desk (where you go to pick up the actual game after paying at the register) to see if they have it in the "cage," or just ask what they have in stock. Good luck; based on what I've seen/heard, these prices are supposed to be a nationwide thing with Sam's, so it really shouldn't be a YMMV situation if a particular game is in stock.

The Sam's I went to had a combination display; a lot of games were actually there, but most of the higher-priced games, including those just marked down, were just represented by empty display boxes labeled as such. Sorry if your Sam's really did have a depleted selection!
