Have any of you ever used either of these 15" subwoofers to build a HT sub?

If so, can you tell me anything about them such as their Xmax and how well they perform for music and HT? What size box do you have them in and what size ports(s)?

    Thanks,

    Dallas

Just looking at their minimal specs, they are designed for car audio, i.e. Fs is much too high in relation to their low Qts to be true HT subwoofers, though they might be fine for a sealed one in an apt. app where a high F3 is desired to keep the neighbors from complaining too much.

Thanks for the response. I was having difficulty finding the T/S parameters but the appearance of the speaker was/is impressive to me. What is considered a high Fs parameter for HT? Is it different for music?

I am not looking to build a sub to keep my neighbors from complaining! ;-)

    Thanks,
