I'm interested in getting some ot the great documentaries that the PBS has on ancient civilations, particularly the Roman Empire in the First Century.
I have two questions though:
1) Does anyone have them? If so, what do you think?
2) Is there anyplace to get them cheaper than the PBS Shop online store? They're kinda pricey, but I guess there are worse things than supporting public TV! :)

I bought my two-volume set of PBS's The American Experience installment, The Kennedys, through DVD Empire. Same with the NOVA presentation, To the Moon. DVD Empire has an extensive selection of documentary titles, many of them PBS productions--all at Empire's great low prices. Check 'em out.
