PayPal is a service owned by eBay. PayPal funds can be taken from either a bank account or credit card of yours and forwarded electronically to the seller of the item(s). Usually, this type of payment results in a faster transaction as the seller doesn't have to wait for your bank check to arrive before shipping the goods off to you. When using credit card funds, there is a fee that the seller would absorb which is approx. 3%. However, some sellers have designated a 3% PayPal fee in their listings.
