Paying International Currency through Internet? (1 Viewer)

I got a DVD from Germany, called DVD Discovery. It is a test DVD like AVIA, only in the PAL format. They do not accept credit cards. I ordered it and they sent it to me with a bill to be paid.
Does anyone know of a service I can use to send these guys Deustch Marks or Euros?

I think you can get an international money order through the post office OR you can find a major bank that can write you a certified check in Germany currency...
I've gotten Canandian money orders from the post office before..
