Is your local Pax TV affiliate in Digital?
I read somewhere (forgot where) that all new Pax
stations built since 96 or 97 are Digital?
If so, are you getting any HD programs?
Our local affiliate was the only digital station
in the area, until recently, but no HD programs.
    Thanks,
    Scott

The one in Northern Indiana is Digital. Not HD though. 6 or 7 sub-channels of SD stuff. Two of them being religous.

ditto for the DC Baltimore area. I never watch the darn thing myself- and the signal isn't very consistent for me in Frederick.

I'm getting the Chicagoland PAX signal in N. Indiana. I've never seen HD on it, just those 6 or 7 SD sub-channels. Then again, I don't really watch PAX, just flip through it. Its possible they may broadcast some HD but I haven't seen it.

They own the PAX station in Sacramento (channel 29) and still haven't even gotten stereo! Guess it doesn't matter to the people who can put up with those colored letters on the screen- this station used to be all home-shopping before PAX came along, which was much more entertaining!

The PAX Digital Channel in Lousville is transmitting SD. As far as the ugly, burning PAX logo goes, PAX does allow you to zoom so the logo is off the screen. Of course the programming isn't good, so I don't watch it but they at least give you the option of zooming the logo off the screen.[IMG]
