UHD Review Paramount Scares Vol. 2 UHD Review (1 Viewer)

Paramount Scares Vol. 2 is a slight step down from Vol. 1, with a less impressive mix of films but an interesting mix, nonetheless. The lack of a ‘mystery title’, which for Vol. 1 turned out to be Tim Burton’s delicious Sweeny Todd, leaves this second volume one title less. Still, minor grumbles aside, what we get is good, though Orphan: First Kill is a disappointing choice, and Breakdown a little outside what one might expect from a collection like this. The lower price helps, and the Fangoria magazine reproduction is a fun, tangible extra. As always with a collection, your desire for the ones you want, balanced against any that don’t excite you or put you off, will determine your mileage for such a set.
