I'd certainly like to buy a DVD of Wings even if it were 29.99.

Any plans at all? This would be THE year to do it. It's the 75th annieversery (sic) of the film.

I'd go for a dvd of the recently restored 4-hour version of Greed that aired on Turner Classic Movies.:emoji_thumbsup:
I believe it's owned by Warner Brothers.

Does Paramount still control their pre-1929 library? I know that Universal controls most of the 1929-1948 Paramount titles.

Paramount did release "Wings" on VHS 6 years ago, so we may be barking up the right tree.

Ken,

Though they sold the rights of many of their films due to past financial difficulties, Paramount still controls some of their most prestigious titles from the silent era as well as pre-1950 films.
