Could one of the mods please change the title to Servo-15, thanks.

Confirmed with Paradigm today that the current Servo 15 will be discontinued and replaced with the new version 2.

I am not referring to the Signature Series, some of the specs for the Servo V2 are:

1200 Watt RMS amp
3 inch bifilar aluminum voice coils
29 pound magnet
15 inch RCR mineral filled driver
10 HZ low freq extension
RCA and Balanced inputs
new short circuit protection
phase alingment 0 Hz - 180 Hz
subwoofer cutoff variable 35-150 Hz
subwoofer contour 0 to +6 db at 60 Hz
Dimensions are: 20 1/8 X 18 1/8 X 21 1/2
Weight: 114 lbs

Don't know what finish it will be available in or the price.

This typically means -10 dB. I wonder what the in-room -3 dB point will be?

It was 14Hz (-3dB in room) for the old Servo-15 so, given the upgrades on the new Servo-15, 10Hz (-3dB in room) isn't much of a surprise. What is a surprise is that the signature servo is only spec'd to go to 11Hz DIN. The new Reference Servo-15 v2 goes deeper! (Although it's not nearly so curvaceously sexah...)

I was just at my CDN dealer yesterday, and was quoted CDN$2600. That's quite the step up in price. Supposedly the same driver as in the Signature series, and a better amp (I'm not sure if it's the same amp as the Signature or not).

That's quite a step up in price. I don't have to hear it to know it's not the great deal it used to be.

The old Servo-15 is not longer to be had, except used. :frowning:

Martin.
