Paradigm Monitor V.2 vs V.3 (1 Viewer)

I currently have the Paradigm CC370 V.3 and a pair of Mini Monitors V.3 and a HSU VTF-2 subwoofer driven by a HK525. I now need to add some rears, and was thinking of moving the Mini's to the rear and adding some larger fronts. This would be primarily for Home theater. How would the V.2 Monitor 5 or 7 sound with CC370 V.3 across the front, or even the V.1, or should I stick with the V.3. Budget is under $500.00 with a new baby on the way. If I'm missing any options please let me know. Thanks for the help.

I have used both v2 and v3 monitors with my v3 CC370 and they work very well together. The tweeter diffusers are different but they both sound the same to me.
