I know there are a lot of owners of both out there, but I have never had the opportunity to hear them both in the same setting. Please let me know what you think about them?

There isnt anyone out there that has an opinion on these 2 speakers? I am trying to decide which one to build my HT around.

    Paradigm Monitor 5 - Main
    Mini Monitors - Surround
    CC370 - Center

    or

    B&W DM602 - Main
    DM600 - Surround
    LCR 600 - Center

    I already have a sub.

Have you listened to both of them? Maybe in different times, or seperate places? What kind of music do you listen to? Do you do alot of movies? What is your room like?

I have listened to both but not in the same setting, which is why i wanted to hear other opinions on them from those who may have heard them.

It will go into my bedroom for the time being, but will eventually go in tv room, 20x 10ft.

I will mostly play movies, but music from time to time. I'd say 70% / 30%.

I listened in different places, but Monitor 5s were very warm sounding with laid back trebble and lots of midrange, and the B&W 601s -which I bought -(sorry not 602s) seemed more smooth with lots of nice trebble and midrange. I'm not sure about the bass to tell the truth.

I've owned the 5s (370, minis were my old setup), and heard the 602 s3 extensively at a local dealer. I just can't believe anyone would say the Monitors have laid back highs, they are very crisp and forward to me, in every setting I've ever heard them in. The midrange is a bit reserved. The 602s are slightly brighter to me, but there is more clarity in the midrange. For mostly HT, the 5s would be, and were, my choice.

What will you be powering them with?

Denon should pair up well with either of them.
