Panny RP91 users-what custom settings to use? (1 Viewer)

Just got the RP91, and it has a lot of options for picture settings, especially when you select "Cinema". You can adjust contrast, brightness, gamma(whatever that is), sharpness, etc. My inclination(coming from my tendency to run my audio "flat") is to leave all these at "0".

What experience have you had with using all these settings? Are they really useful to get a better picture on DVD movies?
