We are building a new home and the basement won't be finished until next year so I am putting the following items up for sale:

Panasonic PT-L300U
-has approximately 1400 hours on original bulb, always run at low power
-purchased from authorized internet retailer on 2/03
-includes 25 foot A/R component cable
-$900

Da-Lite screen
-acoustically transparent fixed mount Da-Snap, perforated
-82" screen, 16x9 aspect ratio, flat white material
-includes three hooks to hang from a ceiling
-purchased from local retailer on 5/03
-$350

Denon 3803-SOLD
-purchased from local retailer on 12/02
-$550

Dahlquist QX-6 speakers
-purchased from Audioshop on 2/03
-cherry finish
-6 individual speakers, will sell in pairs
-$200/pair

Klipsch KSW-300 subwoofer
-purchased from local retailer around 1998
-15" sub, I think it is 325 continous watts
-$250

and from the basement system:

DCM Timeframe TF700 speakers
-oak finish
-8" woofer, 4' mid plus .75 tweeter
-transmission line suspension enclosure for the woofer
-purchased around 1990 when DCM was a quality speaker
-some wear on the cloth
-search for reviews, these were great speakers
-$125 for the pair

DCM Halftime center speaker
-oak finish
-I think this speaker is a 6 1/2 inch coaxial
-not magnetically shielded but works great on top of rear projection
-$30

Cambridge Soundworks - the surround
-white finish
-4 1/2" woofer with dual side-firing tweeters
-bipole speaker
-paid around $400 at Best Buy around 1995
-$80 for the pair

Sony STR-D925 dolby digital receiver
-purchased around 1997
-LCD remote, better remote than the newer Sony models
-5 channels at equal power, I think 100 watts or so
-good backup or budget receiver
-asking $80

I listed my location as the only items I can ship are the projector and Denon receiver. We live in Normal, IL. There are no boxes for the other items. I think the prices are fair and I have priced them to sell. If they don't, I will store them until our new home's basement is finished.

Thanks for looking - Don Clark

I may be interested in this for a friend. How much are the bulbs, and how long do they usually last? Is a ceiling mount included as well? This is a little more than he is looking to spend, but I think it would work well for him.

I'll let you know.

Thanks-Greg

PS- How far from STL are you?

The bulbs run about $300-400. They are supposed to be replaced at 2000 hours but can run as long as 5000 hours. The lamp has always been run at low power. There is a homemade ceiling mount which I will include, it is adjustable. I live 2 hours North of St. Louis and am there for business every month.

Updated prices. Had some offers on the projector. $900 is a steal on this. Paid $1850 for the projector and the component cable was $50. The screen was $550 at dealer cost. The Dahlquist are great bookshelf speakers. 6.1 with 6 identical speakers sounds amazing especially when the three front speakers are behind the acoustically transparent screen. The new Dahlquist line cost around $450/pr.

If anyone is interested in the non-shipping items, I will be driving to Montana on 6/5. Will be travelling through Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota and Montana.
