Has anyone seen the new Panasonic SA-XR70 yet. It was supposed to be released in November. MSRP is $399.99. The cool thing is that it supposedly has full HDMI upconversion capabilities.

Yes. The receiver appears to be shipping from J&R and it was shipping from OneCall, before they ran out of stock. Jason of OneCall posted some actual pictures of the receiver after pulling one out of the box.
