In the RP91 owners manual it states the following:
    DISCS THAT CANNOT BE PLAYED
PAL discs, DVD-RAM (2.6 GB Type 1 only), DVD-ROM, DVD-R (Some DVD-R can be played), CD-ROM, CDV, CD-G,+RW, DVD-RW, CVD, SVCD, SACD, Divx Video Discs and Photo CD.
*** So, it looks like it should be able to play some type/brand of DVD-R's - I just need to find out which brand - if possible - before I go buy some [IMG]
I have a Sony computer that has a Pioneer (go figure) DVD-R/RW burner in it - and I would like to find out what brand of DVD-R's I need to purchase that will playable on my new Panasonic RP91.
Has anyone tried any specific brand?
I would assume Panasonic DVD-R's would play fine (if they make them) on the RP91 - and that's the brnad I'm going to try out first - unless I get any other information from the folks on this forum.
Thanks for any and all info!
    Mike

    [IMG] Hey Michael,
I'm looking to buy an RP91. Do you mind if I ask where you bought yours and how much?
