I just ordered a Panasonic RP91, so my RP56 Faroujda based Progressive Scan DVD Player is up for sale! It's the predecessor to the RP62 and has the DCDi chipset from Faroujda, which means NO CHROMA BUG!

It's less than a year old, in perfect condition, and includes the remote and manual. It was purchased at Circuit City with an HDTV and I should be able to find the original receipt, or get a copy from CC (for warranty purposes). I'm asking $100 + shipping, but i'll take reasonable offers. This is a great chance to get a great Faroujda based Progressive Scan DVD Player.

I'm on the "Good Trader List" and have ebay feedback under the name "shopkins". You can contact me at [email protected] or over AIM at "nehpets4627".

Just to clarify, the chroma bug is a function of the MPEG decoder, not the deinterlacing chipset.

Regardless, this player has been identified (as with all panasonic/matsushita players) as one that does not exhibit the Chroma bug.
