Panasonic Rear Projection and Hitachi (1 Viewer)

Panasonic 56" (142cm) TX56P800HA Rear Projection TV

Can some one give me feed back on this TV, how do you rate and and is it worth buying, cause i also saw a hitachi 57" C57FD5000 Rear Projection. it is more expensive. the panasonic is AUD$3999 (the same with the hitachi) but the panasonic is from a different store and he can bring it down to AUD$3300 and a Standard Definition Setbox for $120. the HD Setboxes are around 600-700 and here in australia, HD is only available 20-30 hours a week. so its not fully broadcastable. so i will get a SD Setbox for now.

so i really am aiming for the panasonic, it looked quite good, but what do u guys think, i really need advice.
