Panasonic PT-LC50U Micro LCD Projector..Reviews? (1 Viewer)

My local Hi/Fi shop is selling this projector. It seems like a pretty affordable front projector (aprrox. $3500.00 CND). Has anyone seen or know anything about this projector? Is it any good? Why is it so cheap? Have front projectors come down in price that much? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here is another link to the specs. It looks like it is SVGA resolution at 800x600. Down at the bottom of the page there is a button for checking prices and it looks to be available is the US for less $2000 so I don't how that compares to Canadian. If you have never had a projector before this might be a great toy, it looks like it can hook-up to most anything. This machine is LCD which depending on screen size and how close you sit might look like you are watching through ascreen door. Other machines to check out are the NEC LT85 or LT150.
