Not sure if anyone could help me but I have an old Panasonic TH42PW6 plasma monitor that I use for the wii and to watch films through a Yamada DVD player with P-scan. Recently the mrs asked me why I didn't run the TV through it as well, something I never considered. I bought a RGB to Plasma converter and hooked up the philips digital tuner to the screen, on one channel I get a picture with no sound on the next channel I get the sound with no picture and the othe two inputs are the dvd and the games console. I genuinely have no idea what to do as not all the channels in the menu section are changeable in terms source signal. I am genuinely flummoxed, anyone got any ideas?

Are you using the internal tuner? Because that uses channels. Or are you using the different inputs on your plasma TV? It sounds like you are using the inputs and you have the video connected to one input and the audio connected to the other input.

I tried to find your owner's manual online and couldn't. A better description of how the different sources are connected would help. Pictures are even better.

Sorry, it is an RGB to Plasma VGA box I am using so I get the picture for the digital TV from that. The box has an Audio out and the Plasma TV has two different sets of Audio ins. One is for the component that I have the DVD going through and one is general which is currently servicing the Games console. If I connect the Audio from the box to either of these it merely switches the Audio onto one of the input channels assign to either the Component or PC source but never the RGB Channel I have assigned that is showing the picture, very frustrating

A quick check of the Panasonic web site didn't turn up your owner's manual. Without it we are only guessing unless someone else with your TV shows up.
