panasonic plasma advice

    i am looking to get a new 50" plasma tv and have almost decided on the panasonic TH-50PX50U. what are your opinions on this set as far as picture quality and features?

    Price to performance, it's one of the best available IMO. I've seen them at Costco lately for well under $5K and for a 50" HD display, that's a bargain (at this time [​IMG] )

    Panasonic plasmas in general get really good marks in terms of performance for price. You might want to check out the AVS Forum, in that there's a lot more info available over there.

    I went with the sony 50".
    Both seemed to be awsume.
    I seen them pretty close together and its hard to tell which 1 is actually better. People have mixed feelings between sony and panny.

    I personally read good things about sony (and panny, but more sony) and sony has never failed me in the past.

    But either way your a winner. Both excellent TVs.

    I got a good price from vanns.com and highly recommend them if your lookin for a cheaper price I would def look there.
