Panasonic HTIB Problem, Need Help (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone, don't worry I don't have a home theatre in a box, I am trying to repair one for this childrens home my girlfriend works at, the dvd player won't read any discs at all, not even cleaning disc to clean the lens off. Can anyone give me some advice, I am considering opening the DVD player up and physically cleaning the lens off. Please Help!

Usually if it won't read any discs at all, it is usually in the logic circuits. I wouldn't bother trying to fix it myself. I would find the nearest authorized repair center and let them take care of it.
