Panasonic DMR-E85 (or E80) owners please help (1 Viewer)

Friday night I completed the setup process for the E85 and turned it of so it can download the TV Guide On Screen info. After 24 hours it still said that there was no data to display so I let it go overnight again. This morning I check and it says that there was no data because the download failed. I was looking forward to using this feature since it makes the unit more "Tivo-like" without the subscription fee. Before I deal with the support people I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem or if it's just a case of the TV Guide info not being available in my area. Thanks for any help.

E80 owners won't be able to help you. The E80 (which is what I have) doesn't include this feature.
