Panasonic CT34WX52 being discontinued? (1 Viewer)

A mgr at VideoOnly told me this weekend that the Panny CT34WX52 is being discontinued?!? Supposedly they've pulled the unit, and will be replacing it with a new model, which adds DVI support.

Hmmm...sounds suspicious to me, though ... particularly since the set was introduced a mere 3 months ago?!?

Anyone have any info/thoughts on this? Thanks!

I haven't heard that and I have been researching this model for quite some time now, even before it's release. I don't think it's true unless they will be discontinuing all their 16x9 sets and adding DVI. That includes their RPTV's as well since they also lack DVI.
