Panasonic A110 stopped reading DVDs (1 Viewer)

I was watching a movie on my panny a110 when it started to freeze every few seconds. I take it out, try a new movie, and suddenly it stops recognizing DVDs but it will play cds. When I put a DVD in it says "This type of disc cannot be played, please insert another disc."

Anybody know how to get my DVD player up and running again?

They had to be received by today, 20th of May. Perhaps you can still fax it in.

Very common problem with the A-110. It seems to strike randomly and even hit after years of solid use. I still have mine from ~5 years ago in the bedroom and it's still working great.
Sounds like it's time to upgrade. :frowning:

The statement says

To receive one of the Remedies, your Claim Form (attached) must be postmarked on or before May 20, 2002.

To me this means it can be mailed today and it will be accepted.
