Is there any such converter that will convert a PAL signal to an NTSC signal that uses component video connections? I want to get a video converter but I have a lot invested in cables to run only component video. The only video converters I have seen use only the plain old yellow composite video and a few use S-Video connections. I want to run all component but can not find one anywhere. Does anyone know of converters like that??

    Thanks,

    DF

May I ask what sources you are converting that are using component output?

The only video sources I can think of are VCR's (VHS, Beta, etc), Laserdisc, DVD, and video cameras.

For DVD, a PAL->NTSC converting DVD player will be much cheaper and stomp the quality of practically any
