J'ai Doberman Collector -R2 (not for trade), Excellent!
Unfortunatelly, no english subtitles.
Je conseille aussi Les Rivieres Pourpres -R2 - 2 discs set. (no subtitles either)
However, this one is going to be available in R1 with subtitles (The Crimson Rivers).

I live in L.A., but I'm french.
So, each time I go back to France, I buy a few french DVDs (they're outrageously expensive over there!!!).
I was very disapointed to see that most french movies on DVD are not even subtitled in English. I was hoping to show some good french films (like Doberman) to my friends here in L.A.
I understand, and agree, that they're not dubbed in English
(Luc Besson's SUBWAY is the best (worst) example of why they should'nt even try to dub!!!).
Even the french movies that make it, subtitled, to the theaters (only a few) in L.A. don't have subtitles on the R2 (french edition) DVDs, but they are released with english subtitles as R1 DVDs (Les Rivieres Pourpres -Crimson Rivers, Harry un ami qui vous veut du bien -With a friend like Harry, ...)

At least you understand how they feel when a dvd is release without any subtitles or dubbed tracks.
Personnally, I always listen in the original language with subtitles (french or english). That way, I'm not missing feelings or anything through a dubbed track.
