Has anybody had problems ordering AVIA through Ovation before? I ordered it 2 weeks ago. I live abroad, so I understand it takes more than the regular time to get here, but:
(1) I can't track it through their web site;
(2) they don't anser e-mails;
(3) the phone number on the web keeps giving me an area code error message.
AVIA may rule, but Ovation's customer service sucks!:thumbsdown:

Dennis I already forwarded your inquiry to our main offices last week. Please realise that last week was a holiday in the States and there would have been no one at the office to work on tracking down your order prior to today.
The web site does list the current phone numbers

Thanks again for your help, but that happened last Monday. The holiday was on Thursday. I don't mean to start an argument, but it's just been 2 weeks without any information whatsoever on the order, and I really think I could've been given just a little bit more attention.
