Hello

I'm giving the ICBM some serious thought for DVD-A base management. Has anyone imported this to Canada, if so what was the total cost with dollar conversion/GST/PST/any other import charges/shipping.

You can essentially double the U.S. dollar cost and you'll

get a good approximation of the import cost. If possible,

get it shipped USPS and NOT UPS as they charge a $25

or so "brokerage fee" along with other add on charges not

disclosed when it's shipped.

Here's how it will break down:

$249.00 + $17 shipping U.S.

Converted to Canadian = $425.60 (x1.6)

GST + PST = $63.84 + $425.60 = $489.44

There might be a small duty charge of 4% or so, or

not, depending on where the device origin is stated

as, the Orient or the U.S.

So $500.00 give or take.
