All are same model?! What are the price differences? Does anyone know of availability? If the units from Sherbourn and Atlantic Tech are expensive than Outlaw - what does that buy?

Yes, they are all the same although they won't come out and say so. The other two companies are B&M outlets, and therefore have the associated overhead that Outlaw doesn't, and that adds to the cost.
Outlaw is essentially AT in disguise.

I have read that the Sherbourn has a higher video bandwidth than the 950.

It's been supposedly reported that the Sherbourn version is going to be tweaked a bit to get better video performance (bandwidth like said above). I wouldn't be surprised if there are some audio tweaks as well.

There was a thread in the past week or so stating that the head guy at Sherbourn (Ron Fone?) had told an HTFer that there was going to be some tweaking after the hiss issue was resolved. Take a look at the past week's posts or the search function on specifics.

At the Outlaw Audio press conference at CES this past year, they (Outlaw) came right out and said the product would be the basis for a number of other manufacturers' processor offerings.
