Can anyone recommend an indoor antenna and possible setup tips. Its the only way for me to get HDTV right now. With my current set top antenna I can only get about 15-20% signal to all but one station.

Silver Sensor. It's made in England and being imported. It's worked wonders for many. I don't have the link. Try the avs forum and do a search.
