Fans of Orgazmo, according to an email I recieved from www.dvdempire.com, the release date of 4/23 has been changed to TBA (To Be Announced). Not good. We've all seen what happens to films on the TBA list (i.e., they seemingly get forgotten). I know that with the USA Home Entertainment folding into Universal, this was probably to be expected. Hopefully, Universal will do something to speed Orgazmo back onto the release list.

I don't expect it till June/July now. Probably it'll take them 6 weeks to get around to changing the logos on thepackaging, and to schedual the pressing of the disc. Why couldn't they just let this one come out?

Well if they had it all ready to go, then I don't see why universal would want to hold it back. Unless they plan to trash a bunch of DVDs just so they can redo them with the universal name on the DVDs.

Oh Please let the title make it out already.

What a bummer. I was really looking forward to this release. I wouldn't put it past Universal to trash Orgazmo dvd's already printed just so they can put their name on it.

I just read this thread because I was searching Amazon and DVD Planet and couldnt find a release date. This is one of my most anticipated releases of the year and I hope it doesn't get shit canned.

Universal does indeed release unrated/NC-17 DVDs -- American Pie, American Pie 2, Henry And June, and Pitch Black, to name a few.

    From dvdfile:

Attention Orgazmo fans, looks like the highly-anticipated, oft-postponed DVD is back on track. The official Orgazmo DVD website has launched, and although Universal still has not officially announced a new date for the release, sources close to the production indicate a fall arrival is to be expected. Stay tuned for more details, and check out the website for just a hint of what is to come...

Maybe Paramount will give us a DTS track, could you imagine hearing the Cock Rocket in DTS 5.1!

OK so I'm dreaming, but still there has got to be a reason behind this delay.
