I only found it at Tower and they only had a couple of copies which were gone that day.
Best Buy and Borders each say they don't carry it right now either?

AFAIK, it streeted on 8/7, as scheduled. I got my copy from DVD Empire.

My Best Buy didn't have it either. I ordered one from DVD Empire and received it today.
