Is it ok to order computer parts from overseas? I'm looking at pre-ordering a motherboard from the UK. Unless someone knows where I can get an Abit AX8 , Asus A8N , Gigabyte K8NF-9 nForce4 or a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum nForce4 Ultra pre-ordered in the U.S. Thoughts on the Gigabyte and MSI brands are welcome too.
    Thanks

If you order from overseas, you will more than likely get 'hit' with an import tax. Have you looked around for a store that can special order it for you?

Several US places will have NF4 boards starting next week. Distributors have embargoed the product until then. So, you should see it hit retail 12/6; people in the UK may be advertising it, but they don't have it either until then, and it will be in -very- limited quantities.
