Nevermind-I didn't notice the thread was that old- but I'm sure when ING was at 2%, it was better than most.

My local bank is paying 0.3%, yes $3 interest per year on $1000.

HSBC is advertising 5.05% now and emigrant is also at the same. Does ING typically follow the % leaders out there?
