+ or - comments on the Toshiba SD-K700? (1 Viewer)

I was looking at this unit at Costco yesterday. They sell it for $179, and the box says it is progressive scan with 3:2 pulldown. Pretty low price for those features. Is there a big negative I'm missing? I haven't seen this model discussed on this forum in the past.

They also have the JVC model 723 (I think) for $199, but that one did not have 3:2 pulldown. Has anyone compared these two units?

I will be using the DVD player with a SOny 40" XBR direct view TV. I appreciate the help~
