Options for running speaker wires (1 Viewer)

I need to figure out a way to run speaker wires to the rear speakers. Right now they are just on the floor. I have tile floors so no going under the carpet. I would love to run them through the walls but I have vaulted ceiling and the crawl space in the attic is very tight. I'm not sure I would fit. I saw some type of conduit that you could run along the side of the wall but it would also have to run right in front of a door way. Anybody got any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.....

That would work, just go up and over the doorway.
