Open box Samsung 6300? (1 Viewer)

I have been considering replacing our (dying) 40" Samsung. Not needing 3D and after considering a few other factors, it seems the 55" Samsung 6300 is the set I have decided on. Over the past few weeks, I have seen the set as low as $899 (Black Friday week) to as high as $1199 (just $100 less than retail). Right now Best Buy has it for $1099 but I found an open box available for less than $850. It is missing the manuals but that isn't too big a deal. Are there any issues with this set that I need to be aware of?

Other than being Edge-Lit(which is 99% likely the reason it is an open-box return)...no.

Nope. Not a can of worms. But, if you want to "not have to figure out what LCD to buy" nor "have to figure out what mode to put it in for this, or that"...

Buy a plasma.
